Procurement Support for ESED

AndTech provides ESED with end-to-end procurement support, including the development and management of procurement data packages across multiple pathways:

  • Government Purchase Card (PCard)
  • Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP)
  • Simplified Acquisition Purchases (SAP)
  • Large/Complex Contracts

How we support the full procurement lifecycle:

  • Requirements Intake – Review specifications/requirements with stakeholders.
  • Market Research – Identify qualified sources; compare capabilities, lead times, and risk.
  • Costing – Obtain and normalize cost estimates and delivery profiles.
  • Technical Data Packages (TDPs) – Create/compile TDPs per requirement.
  • IT Procurement Requests (ITPRs) – Coordinate with IT to complete ITPRs when applicable.
  • Package Submission – Submit complete packages to ARPs for action.
  • Tracking & Status – Update the Procurement Request Tool with new requests and live status.
  • Receipt & Close-Out – Verify receipt, coordinate with ARPs for close-out, reconcile records.
  • Accountability for Classified Material – Maintain access and accountability via BITS (Base Inventory Tracking System).
